What’s the Best Time To Do Your Laundry?

We hope you are having a good start to the new year thus far. Here at Drop-A-Coin-Laundries, we have lots of new things to come, like our new Albany location and more. To kick this new year off, let’s dive into a really important Tuesday tip that will save you time and headache when going to any of our laundromats near you.

How to wash your pillows (not just the pillow case):

Never been to any of our laundromats? Maybe you’re a regular. It can be really annoying when you go to a laundromat and find that ALL the machines are taken!

So, when is the best time to visit our laundromats?

We recommend coming anytime on Tuesdays through Thursdays. These days are typically a bit slower so you don’t have to wait as much for a machine or weave your way between a busy crowd with your big load of laundry.

If you are visiting during Saturday through Monday, our busiest days of the week, we recommend trying to come as early as possible. Many of our stores open as early as 6 am (hours vary by location - please check our website). Mornings are usually a bit slower, but after noon is when the crowds really pick up.

Typically, it can take about 45 minutes to wash, dry, and fold one load of laundry at our facilities. Hopefully, this will help you plan your day accordingly.
