  • Can I bring my own laundry detergent?

    Yes, we also have detergent you can purchase in store.

  • Are your machines equipped to handle delicate fabrics?

    Yes. We also offer mesh bags to help protect rugs, shoes, and bras.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    We are open 7 days a week. Hours vary by location.

  • Is there a change machine available on-site?

    Yes.

  • Are there any loyalty or rewards programs available?

    Yes, we offer a loyalty card. After a certain number of washes, loyal customers will receive a free wash.

  • How often are the machines cleaned and maintained?

    Machines are cleaned on a daily basis.

  • Do you offer wifi?

    Yes. We have free WIFI for all our customers to use.

  • Do you have any top loaders?

    Our washers are front loaders only. We have various sized machines to accommodate your needs. Feel free to stop on by and one of our on sight attendants can help you and walk you through the process.

  • What's the latest I can drop off for Wash and Fold orders?

    At most of our locations the latest you can drop off an order is by 6:30pm. At our Oregon Express and Newberg location, due to limited staff, Wash and Fold orders need to be dropped off between 2-6pm.

  • Can you wash sleeping bags?

    Yes, we do wash, dry, and fold sleeping bags through our Wash & Fold service. Prices vary by size of sleeping bag. Please call the store and our attendants will be happy to discuss in more detail (You can review each laundromat information under the “Locations Tab” to find addresses and phone numbers).  

    Also, customers could come in to the laundromat themselves as we have machines that can fit large sleeping bags if they so choose.

  • Are there weight limits to washing orders?

    No, we do not have a weight limit when it comes to wash and fold orders. Most stores have a 15lb minimum for each order though. If you are a business with a large order or would need regular washing, feel free to call our manager, Tucker Eastburn, at 541 802 6370. Or feel free to call our laundromat location directly.   • Can you wash rugs in your machines?

    Our policy is that rugs (especially rubber backed) and/or really furry types of blankets are not allowed to be washed at the laundromat as they end up coming apart quite easily and clogging our drains; effectively taking the machine out of commission until a maintenance person can come by and unclog it. For other rugs, please see an attendant to offer a mesh bag, this will help protect the rug or other delicate items while inside the machines.

  • Do you have any vending machines for snacks or drinks?

    Yes! At certain locations like our Albany Laundromat, Mohawk Coin Laundromat, Belmont Eco Laundromat, and Oregon Express Laundromat all have vending machines. Each location will vary on snacks and drinks available.

  • Can you wash pillows in the machines?

    Pillowcases absolutely! If it’s the pillow itself, it would depend on what the pillow is made of. If you have a foam pillow, we recommend not washing it in a machine. It will end up ruining the foam interior. For cases like that, you can spot-treat it by hand and then let it air dry. For more tips, check out our full blog on how to wash pillows here.
